The Company PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (“SANF”) incorporated under the name of PT Sangga Loka Subur on the 25th of August 1983. In 1984, SANF changed its name to PT Surya Artha Nusantara Leasing and obtained license to operate as a leasing company from Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia in 1985. After that in 1989, SANF changed its name to PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (until present). In 1990, SANF obtained license for multi finance business, i.e. leasing, consumer financing and factoring, from Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia. This time, SANF focus in financing of heavy equipments for mining, agro, forestry, construction and industry.

It also operates in construction, marine, and chemicals business.
